One of the ways you can volunteer to Habitat is to share what you already know about us with others. Tell them that Habitat has a partnership program to build homes with volunteer workers. Habitat KK visits Monfort Youth Training Centre 20th Feb 08

On 20th Feb 2008, 3 Board Members together with Habitat KK Office Executive visited the Monfort Youth Training Centre (MYTC) in Penampang, about 20 minutes from Kota Kinabalu. Through sharing, Habitat leaders will learn what other organizations are doing in their programs. With fresh information, we can propose and process efficient smart partnership programs. Habitat KK visits Kolej Yayasan Sabah 30 Jan 08

Habitat for Humanity is a partnership program. We build homes with volunteer workers. Habitat KK constantly visits corporates and organisations to brief and provide awareness of our activities and programs. Shown here is our visit to Kolej Yayasan Sabah on 30th Jan 2008 when we briefed them about our research into new building technologies to cut costs and improve efficiency. Currently, we are working closely with Habitat Philippines to learn about their successful building using CIB (Concrete Interlocking Block). We invite organizations to join hands with us to bring in these proven building technologies for our home build in Sabah.
